A Siva temple locally known as Parvathi Sametha Baleswaraswamy is located on an elevated area facing east, on the bank of a stream close to the outskirts of Asifabad is worshipped by locals. Originally, the garbhagriha is an old one. Local people renovated the temple completely by adding mandapa. Located to the side of this temple, there is a small shrine for Hanuman as well
This is cave temple with the carved idols of Vishnu and Vaishnavite dwarapalakas holding sanka , chakra , gadha and padma in their four hands, in addition to Alwars, Surya , Hanuman etc. There are other small caves with the images of other gods. Above the cave there is a pyramidal shikara which has been constructed.
